  1. Scope & Acceptance

    By placing an order on batubergsa.com, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. They govern all sales of electrical equipment and components.

  2. Product Information & Availability

    Product specifications and prices are subject to change. Availability is indicated on our website; backorders will be confirmed via email.

  3. Order Formation & Contract

    A contract is formed when Batubergsa sends an order confirmation email. We reserve the right to refuse orders in cases of incorrect pricing, stock exhaustion, or suspected fraud.

  4. Pricing & Payment

    All prices are in euros (€) and exclude VAT if applicable. Payment methods accepted: credit card (Visa, MasterCard), bank transfer, and PayPal. Payment is due in full before shipment.

  5. Delivery & Risk Transfer

    Goods are delivered to the address you specify. Risk transfers to you upon handover to the carrier. Title passes upon full payment.

  6. Right of Withdrawal

    Under EU law, consumers have a 14-day period to withdraw from the contract without justification. To exercise this right, notify us at returns@batubergsa.com before the deadline and return goods in unused condition. You bear return shipping costs.

  7. Warranty & Liability

    We provide a 2-year warranty from delivery date for defects in materials or workmanship. Our liability is limited to repair, replacement, or refund of the defective item’s purchase price. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

  8. Force Majeure

    Neither party is liable for delays due to events beyond their reasonable control (e.g., natural disasters, strikes, customs delays).

  9. Intellectual Property

    All content on batubergsa.com is protected by copyright and may not be reproduced without prior consent.

  10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

    These Terms are governed by French law. Any dispute shall be submitted to the competent courts of Paris.
